Asian boiler modify oil fired boiler suitable for Agro-Wastes & coal to reduce steam generation cost by providing external water wall furnace with using grates like:- Chain grate/pulsating grate/dumping grate etc.

Designed to give full load efficiencies of 89% on furnace oil & 87% on gas based on net calorific valve of fuel (equivalent to 85% & 84% on the gross calorific valve). Variance is (+) or (-) 2%.

Wet Back Design gives High radiant heat transfer in flue and radiation chamber as furnace  is generously sized and improve efficiency by saving fuel, as there is high residence time and turbulence of furnace gases. Tubes designed to absorb heat & exhaust gas & temperature to maintain high efficiency & Generously sized furnace provides maximum volumetric heat release rates.

Heavy duty three pass fully wet back construction no loss of heat at reversing chamber.

Design as per the latest IBR/BS/ASME codes the boiler is of fully welded class I  construction, with 100% radiography of longitudinal & circumferential seams, stress- relieved after welding & hydraulically tested as per the latest codes.

The boiler shell is insulated with thick density mineral wool & cladded with c.r.c.a. sheet, duly spray painted to avoid heat losses from surface.

Pressure Jet Burner quick & uniform atomisation.

Independently supported superheater between the 2nd & 3rd passes with provision for by pass as an Optional Supply & power co- generation also possible.

Consistent energy efficiency during its life cycle through easy maintenance.

98% dryness fraction of steam is ensured by the steam separator placed inside the  steam space of the boiler.

Large convective heating surface with high gas velocities through convective passed ensure excellent heat transfer.

Hand wheel operated clamps & sturdy, well positioned hinges make the opening & closing of doors smooth & Quickly.

Smoke box doors are made gas tight & leak proof by well placed asbestos rope. This eliminates frequent changing of gaskets.

Adequate manholes and holes are provided for easy access to the waterside for inspection and cleaning.
